We had a wonderful stay at Castle Mountain Chalets Villa. The cabin was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pots, making it easy for us to cook our own meals. The location of the chalets was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to Johnston Canyons, which we highly recommend visiting. We were also pleased to find that the chalets are pet-friendly and our dog was warmly welcomed. The large shared fire pit provided a cozy atmosphere in the snowy weather. we had a fantastic Christmas weekend in the snow and would recommend Castle Mountain Chalets Villa to others.
Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of drawbacks. The thin walls in the cabin meant that we could hear the TV from the neighboring room all night, which was a bit noisy.

The proximity to train tracks, which resulted in occasional loud noises. the trains didn't bother us too much as they passed before bedtime and early in the morning.

The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking mountains. The chalets provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, especially with the fireplace that added a touch of warmth and comfort. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. the amenities such as the barbecues and fire pit were a great addition, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
The sound insulation in the apartments could have been better to reduce the noise. It would have been appreciated if alternative options or a discount had been offered in compensation.

The jacuzzi was a great way to relax after a long drive, and the fireplace provided much-needed warmth in below zero temperatures. The chalet was clean and homey, with a fully equipped kitchen and a gas stove. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the pet-friendly property was a bonus.

The location of the chalets is amazing, with beautiful views of the mountains and easy access to trails for hiking. the cabins themselves are cozy and offer a full bathroom and kitchen, perfect for a comfortable stay. having a wood stove and the option for a fire adds to the cozy atmosphere.
The plumbing in the chalets had some issues, such as a leaking kitchen sink and scalding hot water. This was a safety concern, especially for families with small children.

Great location and beautiful surroundings. the cabins were cozy and picturesque, perfect for a snowy Christmas weekend. the jacuzzi was a welcome treat after a long drive, and the fireplace added a lovely touch to the cold temperatures. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site store had a great selection of products.
There were a few shortcomings during our stay. the cleanliness and comfort of the cabins could be improved, as we found dirty sheets on the pull-out bed and the cabin was not cleaned during our four-night stay.
